Walls are done!!!!

Just this last weekend I finished the camper walls. I started with 3/4 plywood, then cut lightening holes, and put 1 1/2 X 2 inch studs up. The next step is to insulate the walls and put paneling up as well. About the sink, I found an old beatup camper on the side of the road, i asked the owner if I could pull some parts, he said sure. So I now have a sink for free!!!

  1. Free sink, NICE! The walls look great, just like the drawings. I thought it would be taller, but it is good it isn't. It will make it easier to get out. See you next Monday!

  3. Wow those walls are going to be strong. Most commercial campers get their strength from the 1/8" interior paneling bonded to the wooden frame. I am wondering what your final weight is going to be?
Good work, please keep posting your progress!
